Seed To Cup
This is a lecture class discussing the chain of specialty coffee. Baristas will be introduced to fundamental steps, decisions, and variables of producing, processing and preparing coffee. By looking at the chain of coffee, baristas will gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of their role within this chain.
