Colombia Milton Monroy Gesha Clouds
This coffee took us completely by surprise. It arrived as an unlabeled bag within a box of other samples from our friend at Forest Coffee. Initially it was thought that this unlabeled bag was a mistake, but in reality our friend at Forest wanted to add some intrigue to this coffee. After cupping it, we immediately sent him a message asking what it was. This exciting Gesha was from a small producer named Milton Monroy in Tolima, Colombia. With notes of strawberry, jasmine, and tropical fruits, this coffee was vibrant and immediately stood off the table. We contracted as much of this coffee as we could.
